We are required to give you this guide by law. It explains our service and what to do if you are unhappy with us.

Techno Loans is not a lender. We provide credit assistance only. With your consent, we pass your application to licensed lenders. You pay us nothing. We offer your application to licensed lenders, and the lender that buys it pays us a fee. Each lender sets its own price using its own criteria, so we don't know the amount until the sale.

We don't know in advance which lender will buy your application.

Complaints

Step 1: If you are unhappy with something we've done, email us at team@swiftloans.com.au or write to PO Box 87, Hawthorn VIC 3122. We can usually fix it quickly.

Step 2: If you are still not happy, we may ask for your complaint in writing so we can look into it further.

Step 3: If we haven't resolved your complaint within 30 days, or you're not happy with our answer, you can go to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) for free: GPO Box 3, Melbourne VIC 3001, 1800 931 678, info@afca.org.au, www.afca.org.au. Our AFCA membership number is 44511.
